What is Co-Washing

Also known as conditioner washing, co-washing is no-shampoo method of cleansing your hair with only conditioner instead of shampoo. Although it sounds like it wouldn't work, it really does! Co-washing does not strip your hair
like shampoo does. Co-washing will help to keep clean your hair and also make hair soft and moisturized..

How to co-wash :
Wet your hair first by rinsing well; just as you would if you were about to shampoo. Apply the conditioner mixture to the scalp (you will want to really saturate your hair good with the conditioner)gently rub your scalp using your fingertips.Gently pull the conditioner mixture from roots to the ends of your hair. The thicker your hair is, the more conditioner you may have to use for your hair. After you finish rinse out the conditioner and follow-up with a leave in conditioner.

* You can also section your into sections and then apply conditioner
* Some naturals only just co-wash their scalp
