Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of zinc, sulfur and vitamin A .These three compounds, taken together, helpful in building strong hair. Because of the high zinc content, pumpkin seeds also help with acne and other skin imbalances. They also contain B vitamins, which contain biotin an essential nutrient for strengthening hair, thickening hair , nails and hair growth.
Never knew that...I have been eating pumpkin seeds regularly for the last month.....Maybe that's why my hair seems to be doing well this BC around.
